By creating an account you agree these terms with InviteMe. Insert the registered entity, the governing law and the courts that have jurisdiction.

You describe an event, the service generates art directions and assembles a complete invitation page, and you publish it at a public link. Each purchase covers one event.

Generated designs and wording are produced automatically. You are responsible for checking every fact on your invitation before you share the link.

You keep ownership of the text and photographs you upload. You grant a licence to store, process and display that content for the purpose of running your invitation.

You confirm you have the right to upload every photograph you add, including the right to show any people in it.

The palette, layout, artwork and wording generated for your invitation are yours to use for that event. Decide and state whether you also grant reuse for other purposes.

Do not use the service for anything unlawful, hateful, deceptive or infringing, and do not use it to collect data from guests that you have no lawful reason to collect.

An invitation that breaks these rules can be disabled without notice.

The service is provided as is, without a service level guarantee unless you offer one. State your uptime commitment, if any, and your liability cap.

Prices are shown in euro at checkout. Payment is taken by Stripe. An invitation is published once payment is confirmed.
